(Nasdaq:TBAC) announced today that they have entered into a multi-year license agreement to manufacture and market products in the travel accessory and connectivity categories. Both organizations expect to see an incremental impact in their business in calendar year 2012, particularly during the 2012 holiday season.

Under the terms of the agreement, Tandy Brands will have rights in travel accessories (e.g., neck pillows, eye masks, luggage accessories, travel alarm clocks and more) as well as connectivity (e.g., charging docks, portable computer accessories and more). The company expects to drive incremental distribution in a number of wholesale channels, including national retail and department stores, clubs and specialty stores.
