U-SEA Bulk Shipping has been made aware of certain rumours contemplating, that the company has been selected to enter into a long term cargo agreement.
As a consequence hereof U-SEA Bulk Shipping confirms hereby, that the company has been selected to enter into a long term cargo agreement, which entails transportation of approximately 9 million metric tons of cargo. The agreement is conditioned by subjects, which have not yet been clarified. In case the agreement is entered into the contract will commence in 2013 and have a duration of seven years. The contract will not affect the result for 2011 or 2012.
