Today, U-SEA Bulk Shipping A/S has received the following announcement from Ultragas ApS, CVR no. 32 94 95 41, which is hereby made public in accordance with Section 29(1)(3) of the Securities Trading Act:
”In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and Section 55 of the Danish Companies Act, please be informed that we today have acquired 414,130 shares of nominally DKK 1 each in U-SEA Bulk Shipping A/S. Following the acquisition we hold a total of 24,522,602 shares, equivalent to 90.49% of the shares in the company. Consequently, we have exceeded the 90% threshold.”
