CHARLESTON, S.C., Dec. 1, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutions Medical Corporation (OTCQB:RMCP) ("Revolutions Medical" or the "Company") announced today that it has signed a definitive manufacturing agreement with the Wuxi Yushou Medical Appliance Co., Ltd. ("Yeso-med"). The agreement includes all sizes of the RevVac™ auto-retractable vacuum safety syringe (1ml, 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml), all of which will be manufactured in the new Yeso-med workshop. The new Yeso-med facility is over 215,000 square feet and includes 15 injection molding machines and several lines of production. The new facility can scale to a capacity of 300,000,000 units annually. Yeso-med is currently producing the 3ml RevVac™ safety syringe and plans to have all other sizes in production by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2012.
Revolutions Medical selected Yeso-med as their exclusive manufacturer in China based on more than a decade of producing quality medical products, a sophistication of specific safety syringe manufacturing, and the financial commitment and dedication to getting the RevVac™ safety syringe to the market. Yeso-med has FDA, CE Mark, and Anvisa certifications and meets all relevant ISO standards. Yeso-med will also have the opportunity to directly distribute to new and existing clients.
