LAS VEGAS, Jan. 4, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HeadsUp Entertainment International Inc. (HDUP.PK) operators of the Canadian Poker Tour, Canadian Poker Player Magazine and PokerKing.com (Canada) have partnered with High Heels Poker Tour to promote a series of ladies events through 2012.

High Heels Poker Tour, one of four boutique companies held by Empire Industries, will promote and host ladies poker tournament events at a number of the major HeadsUp tournament venues across Canada and the U.S. The partnership is designed to promote well structured events for the female marketplace, building on the successes of both brands and coming together to reintroduce a television model.
