The 8x8 DECT Adjunct service allows customers to configure their Polycom KIRK 5020 handset as an adjunct to any 8x8 supported desktop phone, thereby enabling a live call to be moved back and forth between their desktop phone and their cordless handset. There is no additional monthly charge for adding an adjunct handset. For the highly mobile user, 8x8 is also offering a standalone service that provides customers a wireless only alternative to a desk phone.
