16th Annual East Coast Gaming Congress Announces Addition of Hospitality Forum

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ--(Marketwire - Jan 6, 2012) - The 16th annual East Coast Gaming Congress, which will be held at the brand new Revel casino resort in Atlantic City on May 16-17, 2012, has announced the addition of a Hospitality Forum.

The East Coast Gaming Congress, which is the largest gaming conference outside of Nevada, is the premier forum for gaming experts to share ideas, express concerns and articulate visions about the present and future of the gaming industry. Key topics discussed at past ECGCs include market saturation, online gaming, mergers and acquisitions, finance, operations, and legal and regulatory trends.

ECGC now adds the half-day Hospitality Forum, which will provide practical insights on non-gaming amenities and operating a non-gaming hotel in a gaming environment. Leading hoteliers, restaurateurs and other operators of non-gaming amenities will discuss the opportunities and challenges of operating in destination markets, tourism locations and urban areas.

Underscoring the prominence of ECGC, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will deliver the Luncheon Keynote and Liza Cartmell, CEO of the newly formed Atlantic City Association, will deliver the Hospitality Forum Keynote.

"The addition of the Hospitality Forum adds to the already considerable prestige of the East Coast Gaming Congress. This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing to the No. 1 forum to address the most important issues impacting the gaming and hospitality industries," said Lloyd D. Levenson, CEO of Cooper Levenson, co-organizer and co-producer of the conference.

More than 600 gaming operators, equipment manufacturers, regulators, attorneys, architects, analysts, public officials, investors and other gaming-related professionals annually attend ECGC. The two-day event opens with the Hospitality Forum, followed by the evening Welcome Reception and then the intensive, daylong conference on the 17th.

"The East Coast Gaming Congress annually attracts the top executives and most thought-provoking thinkers involved in the gaming industry. Now we are expanding the scope of our event with the addition of the Hospitality Forum," said Michael Pollock, managing director of Spectrum Gaming Group, co-organizer and co-producer of the conference.

The ECGC conference will include nine CEO keynote presentations, a regional panel covering the competitive challenges and outlook in the Mid-Atlantic region, the always-popular Wall Street panel featuring the industry's leading Wall Street analysts, and a panel on the potential impacts of the legalization of Internet gaming.
