(OTCQB:SHCG) ("Sharewell or the "Company") announced today that it has acquired an option, and exercised a portion of the option to purchase a strategic minority interest in C & K Capital Corporation. The terms of the option allow Sharewell to invest up to $3,000,000 over a twelve-month period at a fixed price per share. In the event the entire option is exercised, including associated stock purchase warrants, Sharewell would hold a 30% equity position in C & K Capital Corporation. There are certain conditions to Sharewell's ability to fully exercise associated warrants, namely regulatory approval.
