Top Hip Hop Artists Get Offered One Million Pre-IPO Shares of Stock

The Offer Will Make the First Billionaire Rapper of Hip Hop

ATLANTA, March 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United Vision Marketing Firm (UVMF) announces today that they are launching a global initiative to start a new trend in the entertainment business. The announcement comes just after last week's proposed $1.5 Billion deal to Pearson PLC and The Obama Administration for education reform. Rumor has it that the multi-billion dollar education reform deal will get done by April 31st.

The intellectual property-rich firm is at it again by rewarding a top hip hop artist with one million shares of UVMF pre IPO stock, for the best verse of what the UVMF family describes as "Corporate Hip Hop". The content of the verse is expected to be about making legitimate corporate moves with a street swag delivery.

The song will be produced by Dr. Pearson, also known in the Hip Hop world as Big Reality. The single will be released along with a video on a major label and the announcement of the final winner will be aired on a reality show called The Making of a Mogul, staring Dr. Nono C. Pearson.

The show will consist of Dr. Pearson building along with his skeleton team a global empire from the ground up. The concept of the content and global campaign is already taking off as sponsors are lining up to get in on the advertising space.

The firm has already reached out to key contacts in the G-Unit camp to get 50 Cent to enter in the contest. The firm is also reaching out to key contacts within the Young Money CMB, Roc Nation and Bad Boy camp.

The firm has already secured the highly respected Real Freeway Ricky Ross as a Share Holder and Board member. Among other share holders, the firm has donated a large amount of stock to Harvard and Howard universities.

Most of the proceeds earned from the song will go towards the development of a financial literacy app and a new digital education tablet created by the team at UVMF. The financial literacy app will come preloaded on the tablet that will be given to 1 million students from low income school districts. The firm calls the campaign (Project B.L.I.N.G) Ballers Leading & Inspiring the Next Generation.

"We feel confident that this campaign will change the game in entertainment and help inspire our youth. Not only will Hip Hop give them street content but it will also give them corporate content. We feel that this balance is necessary because they are both big realities of the Hip Hop culture," says Dr. Pearson, President and CEO of UVMF.
