CEO of UVMF Puts 35% of Company Up for Sale for $1.6 Billion

NEW YORK, March 30, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United Vision Marketing Firm (UVMF) announces today that their CEO Dr. Nono C. Pearson is putting a whopping 35% of the company up for sale. The move has been something that has been in the works for more than a year now. Dr. Pearson and team have been working diligently to develop a business model that shows great potential for high growth earnings.

The firm has recently developed a new website that has its own social community that the firm calls the "Unity Community," where members post pictures, videos and news. The online community does not have very many members as of yet but the social and economic firm boasts that they have real movers and shakers that has a network to help build global brand awareness. Members of the community say it's like having Facebook, Linked In and Twitter all in one.

The website and social community has already begun to see some revenue, and has caught the attention of major advertisers such as Pearson PLC, Links London, Odesk, Go Daddy, and Barnes & Noble, just to name a few. The company also has its own global bartering website called United Vision Virtual Barter that's linked to their main website. On top of monetizing the website with banner ad revenue, the company has launched a new service that allows advertisers to leverage paid branded sponsorship comments to members and browsers.

To diversify the revenue streams, UVMF develops and launches products and services that are solely owned by the firm. One of the most recent products in development is The Pearson Education Tablet (PET), a digital education tablet design to lower the cost of education text book and push socially responsible entertainment content to more than 20 million students around the world. The firm has plans to announce a key partnership with a top digital device manufacturer that could even get President Obama's attention on the deal.

On UVMF's socially responsible side of things the firm is developing socially responsible hip hop songs, R&B, movies, cartoon characters and a new clothing line, just to name a few. Many of the performers of the creative content are either members of the unity community or they are employees of UVMF who actually visit kids at school and inspire them to stay in school and learn. The company is a strong advocate for pushing financial literacy, health, and bridging the digital divide.

"We feel very confident about our position in the market place right now. We try to stay away from red ocean markets and only focus on developing emerging blue ocean markets. This focus is the key to our growth and to our partner's growth," says Dr. Nono C. Pearson, President and CEO of UVMF.
