Infusion Brands Announces Exclusive Marketing and Distribution Deal With Elysee Cosmetics

Scheduled to Launch in Germany and United Kingdom During Third Quarter


CLEARWATER, Fla., April 11, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Infusion Brands International (INBI.PK) is expanding its presence in the European marketplace through a new distribution alliance with Elysèe Cosmetics, a well-respected leader in innovative skincare technology. This agreement grants Infusion Brands exclusive distribution rights on Elysèe Cosmetics products throughout Europe.

Elysèe Cosmetics has seen remarkable success on the St. Petersburg, Florida-based Home Shopping Network (HSN) in recent years. The cosmetics manufacturer, headquartered in Wisconsin, now boasts more than 100 individual SKUs and generates millions of dollars in sales per year on HSN alone.

Because of Infusion Brands' repeated success in selling products on live television shopping both domestically and internationally, Elysèe Cosmetics has selected the consumer products company as its partner to launch the Elysèe Cosmetics brand via live television shopping networks throughout Europe. The Elysèe Cosmetics brand has already been accepted by Buyers at HSE24, one of the largest home shopping networks in Europe. Infusion Brands anticipates a third quarter on-air launch, pending necessary EU regulatory approvals.
