Nashville Chiropractor at Power Chiropractic & Wellness Debuts New Website

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 10, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Power Chiropractic & Wellness, a Nashville injury and accident rehabilitation center announced the launch of a new website, http://www.powerchiropracticwellness.com. According to the center, the site is designed to make it easy for patients to learn more about the benefits of wellness care. New features include a "Community Content" library, blog, 3D Spine Simulator and e-newsletter.

Chiropractor Dr. Myles Crawford announced that this practice, Power Chiropractic & Wellness, has launched a new website. The site includes interactive features and information on the services available at the Nashville chiropractic care center.

"At our wellness center, we are committed to empowering families to get healthy for life," said Dr. Crawford. "Our new website is part of this mission. From our 3D Spine Simulator to the Community Content library, we are committed to providing the resources patients needed to make informed health care decisions."

The Community Content library includes articles on the benefits of natural pain relief and non-invasive treatments. Topics include "Chiro Myths & Facts" and "The Wellness Approach." These articles are designed to address common misconceptions about natural pain relief and help patients better understand these treatments.

"Many accident and injury rehabilitation patients do not realize that there are real alternatives to medications," said Dr. Crawford. "Natural, non-invasive treatments can make a tremendous difference for overall health. Our goal is to help patients better understand their different treatment options."

The 3D Spine Simulator is a new website resource that is designed to help patients understand the underlying cause for back and neck pain. An accident injury can cause a herniated disc, which may compress nearby nerves causing a pain sensation. The interactive web tool allows patients to see the impact of a misaligned vertebra on the body.

"We are especially excited about our 3D Spine Simulator," said Dr. Crawford. "It provides patients with an inside look at what is really happening in their bodies. Often, it can be difficult to understand the causes of pain. This new tool makes it easy to visualize why a patient is experiencing pain and how our treatments work."

Patients can stay up to date on the latest wellness news by visiting the website's blog or signing up for the practice's bi-weekly e-newsletter. Content is personally tailored to each patient's wellness needs, such as stress management, diet and nutrition, headaches and neck pain management, or women's health issues and fibromyalgia.

"We are very active on social media, with our e-newsletter and through our blog," said the chiropractor. "Our goal is to create an engaged, informed community that's up to date on the latest wellness information."

The new website also includes a New Patient Center with online forms, a virtual office tour, and information on the different stages of treatment. Prospective patients may also use the New Patient Center's online appointment request form to schedule a visit.

The practice provides chiropractic care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, spinal decompression treatments, massage therapy, and nutrition counseling.
