(Pink Sheets:UDHI) (www.uniondental.com/ir) -- a provider of multi-state dental services for union members, announced today, as a part of its Joint Venture Agreement with Drinkable-Air recently announced, the filing of a patent (patent pending #13/548,128) to be used in dental operatories. Today the JV announced the filing of a Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) which will allow the JV thirty (30) months to file patents in approximately 150 different countries and the filing dates of those patent filings will allow protection under the patent pending status as of July 17, 2012 which was the original filing date for the patent in the USA.
