Skyline Hires Operations Supervisor for New Chicago Service Center for Chicago Trade Show Displays

Bryan Williams Brings Extensive Warehouse and Distribution Center Supervisory Experience to the Leading Designer and Producer for Chicago Trade Show Displays and Graphics for Trade Shows and Marketing Events

CHICAGO, Aug. 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bryan Williams, a seasoned professional with more than 17 years of experience in warehouse and distribution center management, has been named operations supervisor for Skyline Exhibits' new Regional Service Center in Chicago.

A leading designer and producer of exhibits and graphics for trade shows and marketing events, Skyline Exhibits considers Chicago an important market since it is one of the three largest trade show destinations in the United States. Williams is an industry veteran in the Chicagoland region. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer networking from Robert Morris College and has extensive experience as a warehouse manager, distribution center manager and branch operations manager for Chicago area companies.

"With his education and his professional experience, Bryan is the ideal person to help ensure that the new service center has a successful debut," said David Hoover, general manager at Skyline Exhibits. "We are excited to have someone with Bryan's abilities spearhead the center's arrival and what we believe will be subsequent growth."

Williams - who has extensive experience with MRP systems including SAP – worked his way from the ground floor at a distribution warehouse to warehouse manager and branch supervisor duties with comprehensive responsibilities that included customer service, accounting, recruiting and training.

The Regional Service Center in Chicago houses an in-depth inventory of Skyline products and custom modular components for exhibit rental. Skyline's ability to fulfill orders for exhibitors who need Chicago rental trade show displays reduces their shipping costs and shortens the rental period, which lowers overall exhibiting expenses.

"Considering that Skyline Exhibits is an industry leader, I am especially excited about this opportunity," Williams said. "My extensive management and operations experience has prepared me to successfully meet the challenges of leading the launch of an important regional service center."
