Systems America Subsidiary Forciva to Launch Cloud Based Service Order Management Application Built on Force.com Platform From Salesforce.com

SAN RAMON, Calif., Oct. 2, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Forciva, Inc., a subsidiary of Systems America, Inc. (OTC:SYAI) ("Systems America" or "Forciva"), a premier provider of cloud computing and information technology solutions, announced today that it is planning to launch a cloud based service order management ("SOM") application that would have companies streamline operations, service order capture, queue mgmt, pick-pack-ship, repair, supplier integration and many other functionalities integrated seamlessly with the Salesforce.com application. Systems America is expected to generate $7 to $10 million in sales in the first year of launch of the Forciva application.

Built with Force.com, Salesforce.com's enterprise cloud computing platform, the Forciva SOM app will run in the cloud and is integrated with the Sales and Service Cloud, providing service order capture, field workforce dispatch, queue management, repair and reverse diagnostics, service order routing, returns processing and channel entitlements at their fingertips of service individuals in office or on the road. In addition, the Forciva application would combine SOM iPad and Android versions with Salesforce CRM data so service staff have access to all CRM information to provide the best possible service and create upsell opportunities while on the road. The Forciva SOM Cloud and mobile solution is going to be 100% Force.com native and integrated with Chatter that facilitates real-time collaboration on the road to bring the power of the entire organization to the customer's doorstep with real-time collaboration and map and driving route information, same as Salesforce.com.
