REDWOOD CITY, Calif., March 13, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Informatica Corporation (Nasdaq:INFA), the world's number one independent provider of data integration software, today announced that it is expanding its relationship with Ultimate Software, a leading cloud provider of people management systems, to make human capital management (HCM) data connections available as a self-service solution for Ultimate customers.
The planned capabilities build on the success of the UltiPro Carrier Network (UCN). Delivered in 2012 leveraging the Informatica B2B Data Exchange and other components of the Informatica Platform, the UCN now offers more than 100 packaged connectors to benefits carriers and other third-party solutions that are key to people management.
The two companies plan to implement Informatica Cloud data integration to provide UltiPro customers with visual tools for creating, deploying and managing secure data connectors in the Cloud.
