DENVER, March 15, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jviation, Inc., an aviation-focused planning, engineering and construction management firm, has hired Lillian Bowen as a Senior Aviation Consultant based in Nampa, Idaho. Bowen will be responsible for expanding Jviation's client base in Idaho and providing project and construction management services in support of Jviation's airport development projects.
Bowen brings more than 31 years of experience as a project planner, design engineer, project manager, and construction manager for a variety of airport projects. She began working in Idaho in 1978 as a design engineer and has completed numerous airport development projects, including runway, taxiway, and apron rehabilitation/reconstruction projects.
Bowen has built long-term working relationships with numerous clients throughout Idaho with an emphasis on balancing the needs and goals of both airport sponsors and the governing agency. Bowen previously served as a project manager / design engineer / resident engineer for airport development projects at a number of Idaho airports, including Driggs-Reed Memorial, Idaho Falls Regional, Sun Valley, Twin Falls, Weiser Municipal, Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional, and Jerome County.
Bowen received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of New Mexico. She is an active member in the Idaho Airport Management Association.
