Olie/EnCanSol Retains Bill Kunzweiler as Consultant


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 23, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Olie Inc. (OTCQB:OLIE) ("Olie" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained as a "Consultant" Mr. Bill Kunzweiler. This gentleman has already had the opportunity to consider on a preliminary basis, the world-wide rights for the alkaline flat plate battery that has been and is currently being developed by the EnCanSol group, and which is part of the acquisition agreement between Olie and EnCanSol.

Mr. Kunzweiler serves as a strategic advisor for the Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry, which he co-founded. This Institute is a fundamental research organisation and is based in the Boston area. Bill Kunzweiler was the Institute's first CEO and is currently serving on its Board of Directors. The Warner Babcock Institute is dedicated to the development of non-toxic, environmentally benign and sustainable technological solutions.
