Artimplant postpones Annual General Meeting until June 27, 2013 and publishes the Annual Report of 2012.


The Board decided to put back the Annual General Meeting 2013 from May 30 to
June 27, 2013. The ongoing company evaluation work by the Board regarding the
structure of the company and ways to finance the company continues
