TrainACE, a leader in the IT and cyber security training field, is offering a free threat protection seminar to government and military employees in Northern Virginia. The event will focus on new mission assurance technologies and web-based security.

ASHBURN, Va., July 2, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TrainACE's latest installation in their free hacking seminar series, titled Hacker's Breakfast, is a free threat protection seminar for government and military employees set to take place in Ashburn, VA later this month. The seminar will feature presentations and product demonstrations by top industry experts from some of the nation's largest security firms. The focus of the upcoming seminar includes new mission assurance technologies and web-based security.

Having worked with other industry leaders for past events, TrainACE is collaborating with n2grate Government Technology Solutions, a data center and cloud integration company, to host this month's seminar. The event is organized around presentations and kiosk demonstrations from Subject Matter Experts in the security field. Presentations will include discussions on topics such as the importance of web-based security for mobile workers, social networking, and threat protection. Web-based security will also be addressed for users on a number of platforms, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Another session will handle how federal agencies, such as the Department of Defense, should handle mission-critical application security. It is likely that a top professional CISO will be a featured speaker at the seminar.

Kiosk product and training demonstrations will take place between presentation sessions, providing an opportunity for attendees to learn about new technology in a more intimate setting. The seminar will take place on July 24th, at TrainACE's Ashburn, Virginia location. Registration is open to prospective attendees with a government or military email address and the event is limited to 70 participants. Ralph P. Sita, Jr., CEO of TrainACE, encourages attendance: "We're very excited to provide another seminar in our Hacker's Breakfast series.
