Green Wire Enterprises, Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of AQUM, Announces Strategic Alliance With Multiband Corporation


NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., July 23, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urban AG Corp/ (OTCQB:AQUM) (the "Company" or "AQUM"), announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Green Wire Enterprises, Inc. ("GWE") through its operating unit Green Wire, Inc. ("GWI") is negotiating to provide on site technical support to install a multi agency radio communication network in one of Manhattan, NY's well known building clusters. Green Wire Inc. a qualified DBE will be working with Multiband Corporation to provide resources to complete this installation.

GWE owns a 49% interest in Green Wire, Inc. but under a management agreement controls 51% of the entity and is a key component of the overall strategic plan of AQUM. Multiband Corp. ("Multiband") builds wireless infrastructure for all facets of communication including cellular, broadcast, microwave, two-way and broadband connectivity. Multiband Corp. and GWI will participate in the design and integration of an In Building Wireless Voice and Data system for this project. Through this strategic alliance Green Wire, Inc. expects to develop an ongoing support relationship with Multiband for other telecommunication projects.
