Gialanella, a proven commercial real estate executive with over 30 years' industry experience, will be tasked with accelerating DTZ's penetration in the New York Tri-State Region across the full spectrum of property services, including brokerage, property and facilities management, project management and strategic consultative property solutions to both corporate occupier, government and investor clients throughout the region. Gialanella will work in close partnership with DTZ's Co-Managing Directors in New York, Dirk Hrobsky and Chris Helgesen, as well as New Jersey Co-Managing Directors Peter Yannotta and Frank Truesdell, to drive brokerage recruitment and operational best-practices in research, marketing services, consulting services and financial analysis in support of DTZ's client-facing professionals throughout the region.
In recent days, DTZ significantly bolstered its resources and increased its visibility in the Tri-State region with the appointment of Mr. Truesdell in Iselin, NJ, and Joyce Geiger in Manhattan. Ms. Geiger was named Senior Vice President of Transaction Advisory Services. In this newly-created regional position, her primary focus is to enhance the entire transaction process from research through consulting support for DTZ's brokerage business.

Prior to CBRE, Gialanella held a range of leadership roles during his 20-year career with Cushman & Wakefield which included serving on the Board of Directors and Global Management Committee.
