Urban AG Corp Announces Multiple Agreements for B&R Telephone and Green Wire


NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Aug. 19, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urban AG Corp/ (OTCQB:AQUM) (the "Company"), announced today that Green Wire, Inc. ("GWI") and B&R Telephone ("B&R"), operating units of its wholly owned subsidiary Green Wire Enterprises, Inc., has been awarded a series of new installation and service agreements.

Green Wire is currently participating in Alcatel-Lucent equipment installations in the Midwest. Green Wire will be providing technical and installation crews for Alcatel-Lucent on an ATT/ETTC project. GWI has signed an agent agreement with AireSpring, one of the fastest growing telecommunications carriers in the USA and a provider of next-generation Integrated, SIP/VoIP, Voice, Data, Cloud Hosted IP PBX, MPLS and Conferencing products. As an agent, the Company will be able to provide high-quality products and services to its current and future customers. GWI is also negotiating a service and technical agreement with several major national chain stores to install voice and data lines and provide maintenance and service on their communications equipment.

B&R Telephone has signed an installation and service agreement with a national Dodge dealership to provide voice and data services. This dealership is currently building new facilities in south Texas and upgrading their current dealerships in the Corpus Christi area. B&R has been awarded a contract to service and maintain all communications equipment for Spohn-Christus the largest hospital in Corpus Christi, TX. B&R will also be installing data and voice lines for the new outlet stores coming to Corpus Christi Bay. B&R will be starting the Gulf Marine Office project in Houston, TX that will provide state-of -the art communication network.
