DALIAN, China and GENEVA, Sept. 11, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WISeKey is pleased to announce the launch of the WISeKey Development lab in Vietnam, a lab overseeing the company's creation, development and incubation of new digital products. The WISeKey Vietnam Lab announced today during the World Economic Forum meeting in Dalian is already operational with 30 developers directed by Gaetan Egloff, who is appointed Chief Digital Officer of WISeKey. The lab will grow to 100 developers by the end of 2014 mainly developing Mobile Applications and Social Media products such as WISfans and WISeID.
WISeKey is joining again this year the 2013 Annual Meeting of the New Champions in Dalian as a role model for innovative cyber-security technology aiming to protect infrastructures, objects, individuals, businesses and governments on the Internet. WISeKey was originally nominated as one of the founding members of the GGC community back in 2007 with already six years of deep engagement with the Forum as its GGC Partner and member of the PACI, Cyber Resilience and Global Agenda Council. During the past years, the Forum has provided an excellent platform for WISeKey to exchange insights and practices with its multistakeholders around the world, which has greatly accelerated our international deployment.
