NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Nov. 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urban Ag Corp (OTC:AQUM) (the "Company"), announced today that Green Wire, Inc., an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., has signed a Joint Venture agreement with Ogan Networking Solutions to provide networking and IT services to the public and private sectors throughout the state of Texas.
Ogan Networking Solutions (ONS) provides IT support for technologically advanced fabrication facilities and delivery of equipment for projects critical to the oil and gas industry for companies such as Gulf Marine, Baker, OG Marine, and oil rig specialty companies. ONS also provides telephone sales and services and cabling services to its clients. Together, the companies will provide IT services and network solutions to oil and gas companies located on the Gulf coast.
