Urban Ag Corp's Microwave Expansion Project for Tier One Carrier Expands to 4 More Midwest States

Company Also Provides Update on Projects in Corpus Christi, TX


NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Nov. 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urban Ag Corp (OTC:AQUM) (the "Company"), announced today that Terra Asset Management, Inc. ("TAM"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., has now been awarded additional microwave sites for the microwave expansion project for a tier one carrier in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa, totaling 7 states in the Midwest and bringing the total sites to over 100 under this program. TAM has completed 27 site surveys so far in the fourth quarter and currently has 6 tower and 6 antenna projects in process.

In addition, B&R Telephone ("B&R"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., has been awarded the following projects to provide voice and data services in the Corpus Christi area: upgrade and expansion for APAC Teleservices (800 Seat Call Center), new store installation for TJ Max/Home Goods, Academy Sports and Outdoor, Payless Shoe Source, and Dick's Sporting Goods, and a remodel, upgrade and expansion for the Army/Navy Reserve. The Company will begin providing services and support for them immediately. B&R Telephone has completed installations for the Small Business Administration, Stripes Corporate office, Walgreens, Target and Rent-a-Centers in Corpus Christi, Texas during the fourth quarter.

Green Wire Inc., also an operating unit of Greenwire Enterprises, has hired two technicians with top-secret security clearance for the network development of an upcoming project expected to begin before year end.
