Omstruktureringen   av  Russian  Real  Estate  Investment  Company  AB  (publ)'s
Obligationslån har genomförts
The  restructuring of  Russian Real  Estate Investment  Company AB (publ)'s bond
loan has been completed

Den  22 november  2013 har  Russian  Real  Estate  Investment  Company AB (publ)
("Ruric"   eller   "Bolaget"),  i  enlighet  med  det  informationsdokument  som
publicerades  den 10 oktober  2013, genomfört omstruktureringen  av obligationer
under  sitt  utestående  10%/13% 2010/2014 obligationslån  med ISIN SE0003045848
("Obligationslånet")   med   ett  totalt  utestående  nominellt  belopp  om  SEK
619 750 000 ("Obligationerna").  Bolagets samtliga  betalningsskyldigheter under
Obligationslånet   har   därmed   till   fullo   reglerats.  Obligationerna  har
avregistrerats  i Euroclear Sweden  AB och en  begäran om avlistning från NASDAQ
OMX Stockholm har skickats.
On  22 November 2013, Russian Real Estate  Investment Company AB (publ) ("Ruric"
or  the "Company"), in  accordance with the  information memorandum published on
10 October    2013, completed    the    restructuring    of    its   outstanding
10%/13% 2010/2014 bond loan with ISIN SE0003045848 and with an outstanding total
nominal  amount of SEK 619,750,000 (the "Bonds"). All payment obligations of the
Company  under the Bonds have accordingly been extinguished. The Bonds have been
cancelled  and deregistered in the systems of  Euroclear Sweden AB and a request
for delisting has been submitted to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Som  en  följd  av  omstruktureringen  har Bolagets tidigare helägda dotterbolag
Russian  Real Estate Investment  Company DVA AB  (org. nr. 556662-7161), Russian
Real  Estate  Investment  Company  TRI  AB  (org. nr. 556662-7286), Russian Real
Estate  Investment  Company  Chetire  AB  (org.  nr. 556662-7971) samt PDFinance
Sweden  AB (org. nr. 556717-7968) överlåtits till St Petersburg Property Company
AB (publ) (org. nr. 556911-8275), som i sin tur överlåtits till fordringshavarna
under Obligationslånet i förhållande till respektive fordringshavares innehav av
Obligationer.  Vidare är St Petersburg Property  Company AB (publ) nu innehavare
av  26 037 139 aktier  av  serie  B  i  Ruric. Alla säkerheter som ställts under
Obligationslånet har släppts.
As  part of the restructuring, Ruric has transferred the ownership in its former
wholly  owned subsidiaries Russian  Real Estate Investment  Company DVA AB (reg.
no.  556662-7161), Russian  Real  Estate  Investment  Company  TRI  AB (reg. no.
556662-7286), Russian  Real  Estate  Investment  Company  Chetire  AB  (reg. no.
556662-7971) and  PDFinance Sweden  AB (reg.  no. 556717-7968) to  St Petersburg
Property  Company  AB  (publ)  (reg.  no.  556911-8275), which  in turn has been
transferred  to the bondholders under  the Bonds pro rata  to their ownership of
Bonds.  St  Petersburg  Property  Company  AB  (publ)  is  further  the owner of
26,037,139 class  B shares  in Ruric.  All security  that was  granted under the
Bonds have been released.
