Intelligent Highway Solutions Announces Significant Progress on Honeywell Contract

Company Moves up Estimated Completion Date to September 2014

SACRAMENTO, Calif., April 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB:IHSI), announced it has made significant progress in the completion of the previously announced Honeywell contract. The company announced on March 19th of this year that the work from the contract would be completed within 9-12 months. The new completion date is estimated to be September 2014.

The company began the work at the office building on March 17, 2014 and there are currently 5 employees at the job site. Intelligent Highway expects to increase the number of employees to as many as 10 as the number of activities at the job site increases over the next few months. This office building is one of many office buildings in the State of California that are expected to install new systems to be in compliance with the California Title 24 Energy Standards.

The main goal of this job is the installation of an efficient temperature control system in a 15 story building. One heating system or cooling system is relatively easy to maintain, but when you have a large heating system with many zones, exhaust fans, ventilation ducts all wired into your building, it's important to install a central control system so you can easily access and adjust the operation of the system from anywhere.

Each one of the state-owned office buildings is mandated by law to be in compliance with Title 24 which was created in 1978 by the California Building Standards Commission in a legislative mandate to reduce California's energy consumption. The installed temperature control system and associated sensors related to the Honeywell job are integral to an efficient building control system which ultimately saves energy and financial resources for the state.

Devon Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Highway Solutions stated, "We are thrilled to be able to report this progress to our investors. We expect to be able to update the marketplace on more positive developments over the next few weeks."
