Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No.
10-2014, 30 April 2014.
As announced in company announcement no. 9-2014 the company's share capital was
decreased on 30 April 2014 through means of cancellation of shares.
Pursuant to section 6 of Executive Order no. 1442 of 13 December 2013 on
Issuer's Disclosure Obligations, it is hereby announced that the total nominal
value of the company's share capital as per today amounts to DKK 1,025,000,000
divided into shares of DKK 20 each, corresponding to a total of 51,250,000
shares and 1,025,000,000 votes.
