Continental/FRS Plan Administration Hires Sandra Sussman as Director of Strategic Planning and Implementation


SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Continental/FRS Plan Administration, Inc. ("Continental/FRS") is pleased to announce the hiring of stock plan administration industry veteran, Sandra Sussman. Ms. Sussman will join the firm as Vice President and Director of Strategic Planning and Implementation, effective July 1, 2014.

Ms. Sussman has over 25 years of experience in global equity compensation and global stock plan services management and administration. She is an industry expert on topics of concern to the global employee stock plan community, including legal issues, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance surrounding equity compensation. Ms. Sussman has played a central role in all aspects of the business, including the implementation, design, support, and administration of equity compensation programs in several prior leadership roles, both in-house and with third-party advisors.

Most recently, Ms. Sussman was a Director in Buck Consultants' compensation consulting practice.
