CALABASAS, Calif., Dec. 8, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Horgan, Rosen, Beckham & Coren, L.L.P., served as legal counsel to Seacoast Commerce Bank, a commercial bank headquartered in San Diego, California, in connection with its recent bank holding company reorganization. In connection with this reorganization, Seacoast Commerce Bank was merged with a newly formed subsidiary of Seacoast Commerce Banc Holdings, a bank holding company formed at the direction of the bank's Board of Directors, and, thereby, became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the new holding company. This holding company structure will afford the Bank more flexibility for financing and growth and for acquiring or engaging in other businesses related to banking.
