Associa Hill Country is the new name for the unification of two former Associa branches: Austin based Alliance and San Antonio based ProComm. Brewster is responsible for setting strategy, directing management operations, client relations, training, business development, strategic planning and leading local executive associates.

Brewster will be coming Associa Hill Country from Associa's San Diego office, N.N. Jaeschke. She has served in many executive leadership roles with several Associa member companies from coast-to-coast in capacities from senior vice president, executive vice president, president & CEO. She has more than 16 years of experience in the community management industry and has overseen close to 400 communities representing more than 50,000 units with a team of 200 professional associates.
Brewster earned degrees in Human Development and Business Administration while attending Pacific Christian College and California Polytechnic State University. She currently serves on the Austin area advisory committee for the Texas Community Association Advocates, the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Austin Chapter Education Committee, as well as continues to volunteer in local community service.
