NEW YORK, March 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Presidio Holdings, Inc. ("Presidio") today announced the composition of its new Board of Directors ("Board") after the acquisition of Presidio by funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC (together with its consolidated subsidiaries, "Apollo") on February 2, 2015. Presidio's Board will be comprised of:
Bob Cagnazzi, Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Board member of Presidio since 2012, will continue to serve as CEO and Board member.
Chris Edson, a Principal at Apollo who joined the firm in 2008.
Matthew Nord, a Partner at Apollo who joined the firm in 2003.
Todd H. Siegel, the Chief Executive Officer of Affinion Group. Mr. Siegel formerly held a variety of operating and financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Affinion Group and General Counsel of Cendant Marketing Group. Mr. Siegel will serve as the Chair of Presidio's Audit committee.
Joe Trost, the Chief Operating Officer of Novitex Enterprise Solutions. Mr. Trost has 30 years of experience in the IT services industry in a variety of roles including sales, operations, solution design and development and business transformation.
John Visentin, current Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Novitex Enterprise Solutions. Mr. Visentin has over 30 years of experience building and managing IT services and solutions organizations that scaled as high as 140,000 people. Mr. Visentin will serve as Chairman of the Board.
