Over the 12 months ended March 31, 2015 he has delivered a 44% year-over-year revenue growth rate. He is a core member of Discovia's leadership and strategic decision-making teams. Mazares has been instrumental in recruiting several highly-talented individuals onto the Discovia team.
Prior to joining Discovia, Mazares served for five years as president and CEO of Encore Discovery Solutions. He led Encore's turnaround and dramatic growth in revenue and profitability, culminating in the company's sale in April 2011 for $100 million. He holds a BA in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
