United Allergy Services Names Thill CEO

New Chief Executive Officer Leads Next Stage of Growth


SAN ANTONIO, TX--(Marketwired - Aug 19, 2015) - United Allergy Services (UAS), the leading healthcare services company empowering physicians and health systems to deliver safe and effective allergy testing and customized immunotherapy services within primary care settings, today announced that the board of directors has appointed Thomas Thill as CEO effective Aug. 18, 2015. Thill, a longtime healthcare industry veteran, replaces Kevin Johnson, who will continue to be involved with UAS in an advisory capacity.

As the previous senior vice president of operations at UAS, Thill worked closely with Johnson and the leadership team over the past year to improve year-over-year lab productivity and secure significant contracts with large healthcare systems.

Thill, who earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Michigan, has more than 18 years in the healthcare field. He has held positions in sales, marketing and operations with Eli Lilly, KCI, Stryker and Pfizer, and has operated his own business.
