Harmon has served in the community association industry for close to 20 years with a focus on management and development. She has obtained her Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designation awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is currently working towards earning the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation.
Harmon serves on the board of directors for the San Antonio Chapter of CAI which included serving as the chapter president in 2014. She is also a member of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association and serves on the Regional San Antonio Advisory Council for Texas Community Association Advocates (TCAA).
