(NASDAQ:CVBF) ("CVBF"). Pursuant to the agreement County Commerce Bank ("CCB") will merge with and into CVBF's principal subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank ("Citizens"). As a result of this merger Citizens' presence in Ventura County will be strengthened and customers of CCB will benefit from an expanded branch and ATM network as well as a broad range of products and services offered by Citizens.
