CINCINNATI, Feb. 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Belterra Park Gaming announced the addition of its new executive chef, Joshua Miragliotta, to the culinary team. Chef Miragliotta will lead culinary operations at Belterra Park’s five restaurants and banquet operations. Chef Miragliotta brings 18 years of culinary experience to Belterra Park including 10 years in the gaming industry.

Joshua Miragliotta is a New Jersey native who blends his experience with his Southern Italian heritage to create dishes that are unique and sustainable. In 1999, he earned his degree in culinary arts from the Academy of Culinary Arts, near Atlantic City, New Jersey. Before joining Belterra Park Gaming, Chef Miragliotta spent time as a Chef de Cuisine at various restaurants in Philadelphia and Atlantic City, as well as Executive Sous Chef for the nation’s largest gaming and entertainment company.
