ADDvise Group AB (publ) (\"ADDvise\") has recieved a loan of 18 million
SEK from Erik Penser Bank. The loan will be used to complete the
financing of the acquisition of LabRum AB.
About the loan The loan amounts to 18 million SEK in a credit line of 20
million SEK. The loan will bear market interest. Repayment shall be made
by December 28th 2018 and the loan is amortized quarterly from June 30th
2016. The loan will be used to complete the financing of the acquisition
of LabRum AB.
