Two communities managed by Associa Hill Country were recognized along with two staff members:
Community Association of the Year (Small) – Cavalo Creek
Community Association of the Year (Extra Large) – Redbird Ranch (2nd year in a row)
Manager of the Year – Martha Hendler
President's Award – Sandra Vela Mora
