Trigon Agri announces changes in Executive Board


The Board of Trigon Agri and the CEO of the Company Joakim Helenius have today
mutually agreed on the resignation of Joakim Helenius from his position as CEO.

Joakim Helenius stepped down from his position as Chairman of the Board and took
over as CEO from 1.1.2016 after the resignation of long-time CEO Ülo Adamson.

As announced on the 23rd of March 2016 the Company is issuing convertible bonds
to the existing bondholders of the Company which can be converted into a
majority shareholding in the Company.

Accordingly Joakim Helenius is stepping down from the CEO position in order to
allow the Company to move forwards under the changed conditions.

The Board and Joakim Helenius thank each other for the constructive cooperation
during the extraordinarily difficult times the Company has gone through.

Simon Boughton, who has been the Head of Production of Trigon Agri since 2010,
will become the interim CEO. Before joining Trigon Agri in 2010, Mr. Boughton
worked in various positions for Velcourt Ltd, latterly as Director for Business
Development Overseas in Velcourt International. Prior to that he was a Regional
Director responsible for the South East of England and responsible for Velcourt
operations overseas. He attended the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester,
graduated in 1978.
