ADDvise Group implements changes in the Group Management


ADDvise makes a reorganization of the group management to increase focus
on our subsidiaries and its profitability. The new group management will
consist of CEO, Richard Akhtarzand, COO, Erland Pontusson (presently
business area manager for Healthcare) and CFO Anna Hasselgren (begins
August 15th). Anna Hellström, today business area manager Lab, will
leave the Group in connection with the reorganization.  


The COO will be responsible for all operating subsidiaries and thus the
overall operations of the Group. The tasks to provide subsidiary
assistance and support in their daily work will primarily be on the
newly created position of COO. COO will also be responsible for
identifying and exploiting possible synergies between acquired units.
The goal is to increase the subsidiary\'s independence and profitability
with support from the COO. The reorganization with more clear roles also
leads to an increased focus on acquisitions. The CEO´s role becomes more
focused on strategic issues, acquisitions and financing. The
organizational changes will be effective June 1st, 2016.
