Management change in Cloetta


Giorgio Boggero, President Cloetta Italy and member of Group Management, has
decided to resign from Cloetta in order to pursue other interests. He will leave
Cloetta in June, 2016.  Danko Maras, CFO, will then act as interim President of
Cloetta Italy.
