Wallenstam green bonds listed at Nasdaq Stockholm


As previously announced, the Board of Wallenstam AB (publ) (”Wallenstam”) has
taken the decision to list bonds at the Nasdaq Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has
approved Wallenstam’s application for admission to trading and the first day of
trading for the bonds is today, 27 June 2016.
On 20 May 2016, Wallenstam announced the issue of an unsecured bond that will
run for two years and mature in May 2018 aimed at refinancing wind turbines in
the subsidiary Svensk NaturEnergi, which produces electricity through wind
power.

The bond loan amounts to SEK 400 million and will run subject to an annual rate
of 3M STIBOR + 0.95%. On 21 June 2016, Wallenstam published a prospectus and
announced that the company had applied for admission to trade the bonds at
Nasdaq Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has approved Wallenstam’s application for
admission to trading and the first day of trading for the bonds is today, 27
June 2016.
