It has a washing and rinsing apparatus that can be used to spray a washing solution to the produce. This solution can be made from plain water or a water solution mixed with lemon, vinegar, or other organic or synthetic cleaning agent. It has a spray head for washing and rinsing. The fruits and vegetable are contained in a basket gondola which slides into a conveyor. It can either be motorized or manual and moves the food from the washing to the rinsing area to avoid cross contamination. It also contains a dryer which spins the produce dry.
