The Supervisory Board intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting

(AGM) in May 2018 that Dr. Stefan Schmittmann be elected to the Supervisory Board as a shareholder representative. The AGM shall also be notified that Dr. Stefan Schmittmann will be put forward as candidate for the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Dr. Schmittmann stepped down from the Bank's Board of Managing Directors at the end of 2015, and would therefore observe the statutory cooling-off period of two years before joining the Supervisory Board.
