Correction to announcement no. 12 - 2016
In announcement no. 12 - 2016 published earlier today the announcement in the English version was unfortunately a version of an announcement published in 2010 regarding a Wind Park in Eastern Europe.
The correct announcement should have been:
Following the announcement of 15 December 2016 regarding compulsory redemption of the minority shareholders I ASGAARD GROUP A/S, ASGAARD GROUP A/S has today asked Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S to be delisted with effect from 13 January 2017. Last day of trade will be 12 January 2017.
