NKT Holding
The spin-off of Nilfisk in NKT Holding has been approved and the first trading day in the NKT Holding Share ex Nilfisk will be the 12th of October. Due to this we will halt quoting in ISINs below on the 12th of October and re-open them again for quoting on the 13th of October.
The Certificates below will after the 12th of October only track NKT Holding, Nilfisk will not be included in the value of the underlying for the certificates
Last trading day for certificates with NKT Holding before spin-off: 11th of October
Days when certificates are halted: 12th of October
First trading day after spin-off: 13th of October
