The Palisades at Squaw Valley:
The Palisades at Squaw Valley offers 30 modern townhomes and 33 home sites and semi-custom homes. The PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn & Residences:
The existing PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn will be replaced by the PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn & Residences, a one-of-a-kind, all-season destination resort located at the base of Squaw Valley mountain, with a 60 room hotel and 34 slope-side residences. Future residents will have access to the Inn’s top of the line amenities, including a restaurant, pool, fitness center and spa as well as the convenience of Squaw Valley village dining and retail, and the world famous Aerial Tramway to the top of the mountain.
