Rautiainen and Kesko have reached an agreement in non-competition matter
Tokmanni has been made aware that Kesko Group and Mika Rautiainen have reached an agreement regarding their non-competition clause dispute. According to the agreement, deviating from what has been earlier announced, Mika Rautiainen will take up his position as Tokmanni Group's CEO as of 1 June 2018. As previously announced, Harri Sivula will continue as interim CEO until Mika Rautiainen takes up his position.
